Booking & Payments
How do I reserve a rental?
Bookings are made through our website. A deposit is required to secure your date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery, depending on your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through our booking system. We also accept apple pay and cashapp. Cash can also be accepted by the driver at the time of delivery if discussed prior.
Pricing & Delivery
Does price include tax and delivery?
No. Prices listed are before tax and delivery. Delivery fees are based on distance.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery is calculated based on mileage from our location. Longer distances will have higher delivery fees.
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees ay apply for extended travel, specific time requests, or special setup conditions. All fees are communicated upfront.
Setup Requirements
What do I need to provide for setup?
- A flat, clean setup area
- Access to a power outlet within 50-75 feet
- A hose and water source (for water units)
Do you provide extension chords?
Yes, we provide extension cords.
Can inflatables be set up on any surface?
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery
Delivery & Timing
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We operate within a delivery window to stay on schedule. Exact times are not guaranteed, but you may request a preference and we will do our best to accommodate.
How long is the rental?
Rentals are for the full day. We do not offer hourly pricing.
Weather Policy
What happens if it rains?
You may reschedule due to bad weather up to 4 hours before your schedule setup time. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 1 year from the original booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can inflatables be used in rain or high winds?
No. For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in rain or strong winds.
Safety & Usage
Are your units cleaned and sanitized?
Yes. All units are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.
Are there age or weight limits?
Yes. Each unit has specific safety guidelines that must be followed. You can find this information for each unit in their description under "specifications".
Can adults use the inflatables?
Some units allow adult use depending on size and weight limits. Please ask when booking.
What are the basic rules?
- No shoes, food, or drinks inside
- No rough play or flips
- Adult supervision required at all times
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 1 year, subject to availability.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, based on availability. Contact us as soon possible.
